PondLeap is delighted to announce we have found a home and joined the Workbox accelerator program.  James McGuinness, our CEO, said “We knew we needed to find some form of home for PondLeap.  Many startups join incubators or accelerator programs as it includes benefits such as less expensive office space and a shared community. As our business model is freelance (and since no one is going into offices due to COVID), our main focus was on community. We were looking for a partner that helped us grow as a business and Workbox ticks all the boxes.  We are super excited to be part of their community, to learn from and network with other startups – and hopefully add value to them as well.”

Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Jamie Weinstein McGuinness commented “Being first time business owners, we are quickly realizing the need to wear many hats and figure things out as we go. James has never been a CEO, Christina has never been a CPO, and I have never been a CRO. While it’s fun and exciting to learn the elements of running a business, there is quite a bit of room to learn from others. I’m looking forward to soaking it all in and sharing some of our expertise as well.”nnnPondLeap’s Chief People Officer, Christina Sterzel also expressed her excitement around the new partnership. “Our business model is founded on people. We know the importance of building relationships and, more importantly, we know we can’t do this alone. In Workbox, we found our community; we found our people. Moving forward knowing you have an amazing group of people behind you helping you to grow and to learn all while cheering you on is invaluable. We are incredibly excited to be a part of the WorkBox community and see what amazing things we can help each other build!”
